ox99 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ox99", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the ox99 platform and its operating entity, which provides online betting and casino services to players in Bangladesh through the website https://ox99.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Platform" means the ox99 website, all its subpages, the account management system, the sports betting product, the live casino product, the slots product, the games library, the payment processing interface and all other features and services accessible through https://ox99.io.
• "Player", "you" and "your" refer to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the ox99 registration process, through which a Player may access real-money betting and casino services.
• "Real-Money Balance" means the amount of BDT deposited into an Account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet credit or bonus amount credited to an Account by ox99, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the ox99 Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed by a Player using real-money balance or bonus balance on any product available through the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time references in these Terms & Conditions and across the ox99 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ox99 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the ox99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. By completing the registration process, logging into an existing Account, placing a wager, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm your unconditional agreement to all of the above.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions. In practice, ox99 does not permit one person to operate another person's account — each account must be operated solely by its registered holder.

ox99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register an ox99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust or other legal structure).
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing ox99 Account, whether active, suspended or closed.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ox99 Platform.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and any other information requested by ox99. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one Account on the ox99 Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device or any other shared identifier — is prohibited. Where ox99 identifies that a player holds multiple Accounts, all associated Accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held within them will be forfeited, including real-money balances accumulated through genuine play, at ox99's sole discretion.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ox99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ox99's support team immediately via the contact details provided within your Account dashboard.

4. Age Verification

ox99 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. All real-money activities on the Platform are available exclusively to persons aged 21 and above. ox99 operates a mandatory age verification process at the point of registration, and reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time during the lifetime of an Account.

Where ox99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder may be under the age of 21, ox99 will suspend the Account pending completion of age verification. During any suspension for age verification purposes, the Account holder will be unable to deposit, withdraw, place wagers or access any real-money feature of the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ox99 supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. ox99 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ox99 Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may be set by ox99 from time to time and will be displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Players may additionally set their own voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools section of their Account settings.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. Before a withdrawal request is processed, ox99 may require the player to complete identity and payment method verification. ox99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a copy of a valid national identity document and confirmation of the registered mobile wallet number. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but ox99 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

ox99 operates robust transaction monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering and other financial crimes. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, ox99 reserves the right to freeze the associated Account, place a temporary hold on any pending withdrawal, and request additional verification documentation. In cases where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, ox99 will close the Account, forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ox99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by these general bonus terms, as well as the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to an Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria set out for each promotion. Players who hold multiple Accounts, who have previously abused a bonus offer, or who are subject to self-exclusion are not eligible to receive bonuses. ox99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a credited bonus or void bonus-derived winnings where it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, use of automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. ox99 reserves the right to withhold bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the ox99 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant betting product (sports betting, live casino, slots or other games). These rules are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the ox99 Sportsbook Rules, which cover market settlement, void bet conditions, rules applicable to specific sports including cricket, and procedures for handling events that are abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed as scheduled. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published within the Cricket section of the Platform.

7.2 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. Slot games are provided by suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and others. ox99 is not responsible for technical malfunctions occurring within third-party game software, but will investigate and resolve any credible dispute relating to game outcomes in good faith.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes or account balances — whether caused by human error, technical fault or data feed failure — ox99 reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's Account. Winnings arising from a manifest error are not payable and will be forfeited if withdrawn prior to the error being identified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ox99 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Allowing any third party — including a family member — to access or operate your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, collusion or any other form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform or any Account other than your own through hacking, credential stuffing or any other unauthorised means.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed by you or imposed by ox99.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

ox99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount a player may deposit within a specified period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ox99 Platform — including but not limited to the ox99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ox99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, licence or interest in any ox99 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ox99 content without the prior written consent of ox99. Unauthorised use of ox99 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ox99's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ox99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ox99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ox99 reserves the right to amend, update, replace or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — ox99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of the change, for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to registered email addresses or mobile numbers.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ox99 Platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through ox99's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by ox99's operating framework.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
